How Parqlo Works
Parqlo connects students who need parking with students who have spots to share. Here's how it works in 5 simple steps.
1.Browse spots near campus
Search for parking spots listed by other students near your campus. You'll see approximate locations on the map to protect host privacy until you book.
2.Pick your dates and see the price
Select when you need parking — daily, weekly, or monthly. The price breakdown shows exactly what you'll pay, including any service fees.
3.Checkout with a short hold
When you start checkout, we create a temporary hold on the spot (about 10 minutes) to prevent double-booking while you complete payment.
4.Get exact access instructions
After payment confirms, you'll receive the precise location and any access instructions from the host — gate codes, parking rules, where to park, etc.
5.Support if something goes wrong
Can't access the spot? Something not as described? Contact us through the app and we'll help resolve the issue — including refunds where appropriate.
