How pricing works

Hosts set the base price

Each host decides what to charge for their spot — daily, weekly, or monthly rates. This is the price you see on listings.

Parqlo adds a service fee

We add a small buyer service fee on top of the host's price. This covers payment processing, platform operations, and customer support.

You see the all-in total

At checkout, we show you the complete price breakdown — base price, service fee, and total. No surprises.

For hosts

You receive 100% of the base price you set. Parqlo covers payment processing costs through the renter service fee.

Payouts are sent to your bank account via Stripe. For bookings 30 days or less, payouts are initiated 48 hours after the booking ends. For bookings longer than 30 days, payouts are initiated in installments: 48 hours after each 30-day period is completed, plus a final payout 48 hours after the booking ends.

Payouts may be delayed for verification, disputes, or bank processing times.
