Choose your daily rate (and optional monthly rate). You keep 100% of the price you set — Parqlo charges the renter a separate service fee.

Get booked and paid

When someone books, you get notified. Payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe after the booking is confirmed.

Make sure you have the right to rent out your spot. Check your lease, HOA rules, and campus policies. Parqlo can't verify this for you — you're responsible for complying with any restrictions.
