How it works

Create your listing

Add photos, describe your spot, set access instructions, and specify any rules. Takes about 5 minutes.

Set your price

Choose your daily rate (and optional monthly rate). You keep 100% of the price you set — Parqlo charges the renter a separate service fee.

Get booked and paid

When someone books, you get notified. Payouts are sent to your bank account via Stripe. For bookings 30 days or less, payouts are initiated 48 hours after the booking ends. For longer bookings, payouts are sent in 30-day installments, plus a final payout 48 hours after the booking ends. Payouts may be delayed for verification, disputes, or bank processing times.

Before you list

Make sure you have the right to rent out your spot. Parqlo doesn't require permits during signup and can't verify your authorization — you're responsible for complying with your lease, HOA, campus policies, and any restrictions.
